Can I set up offline payment methods to take bookings?

Yes, you can set up offline payment options. Our online bookings platform gives you the flexibility to set up your own preferred offline payment methods.

For example, if you'd like your customers to book online and pay you later by 'cash', 'bank transfer' or 'childcare vouchers' you can add these as the payment options to be displayed on your checkout page. 

To set up offline payments for your booking form:

1. Go to 'Online Booking Settings' on the left sidebar of your menu.

2. Click on Online booking dashboard.

3. Click on 'Define Payment Options' at the top of the page.

4. Click on the + symbol next to 'Set up offline payment methods.'

You can edit the fields to customise everything, such as the 'button name', 'payment instructions' etc, you want your customers to see when they make an online booking.
