3 Steps to an awesome Registration Form!

Modified on Fri, 27 Mar, 2020 at 12:23 PM

The main goal when building a registration form is to make sure you don't miss out any necessary information about the child you whose care is entrusted in your hands. Besides all the basic information and contact details, don't forget these three things when crafting your registration form:

1. Compliance. Compliance. Compliance

Although you do have flexibility in the way you frame your questions and lay out the form, there are the mandatory questions you will need to include without fail to meet your compliance requirements. So if we haven't included it in the template already, make sure you find out what the regulatory requirements are for your area and add them in.

2. Brand identity

Why shy away when you get an avenue to put your brand in the spotlight. With the flexibility you get with Cheqdin's forms, you can pin it on social media, embed on your website or share it directly with prospective customers. This is also your chance to boost your brand identity for free. So don't forget to add your logo and centre description when you set up your form.

3. Don't forget the meta description

Your meta description is the short description that appears with your link when it appears in search results or when you share it on social media.

So make sure you add in a call to action (under 150 characters) before you share your link. Here is an example of how your logo and meta description will appear to your customers when you share your link on social media.
