Parents Portal: How to update my child's registration form via the Cheqdin Parents Portal?

Modified on Fri, 25 Oct at 4:21 PM

Once the centre has unlocked your child’s registration form, you will be able to update any necessary details, such as your emergency contact details, medication information etc. Please note that a parent/carer won't be able to edit a registration form if it is in the 'Locked' status.

When a registration from is unlocked by the centre (for editing by the parent/carer) you will receive an email notifying you that the centre has unlocked the registration form to your chosen email address. Here are few steps you can follow to update an existing (unlocked) registration form from your parent’s portal account.

Step 1: Please sign into your parent’s portal account, ensuring that you select the parent login option:

Step 2: Once signed into your account, you will see an action required prompt, with your child’s registration form showing as pending resubmission. Once you click on this, it will open your child’s registration form.

Step 3: Once you select review and resubmit, you will be able to update your child’s registration form with the necessary information. Please ensure that once updated, you select submit form now so the form will be saved and the centre will receive the updated information.

Please note: For updating any primary or secondary information, this must be done via your parent’s portal under account settings.

Within your account settings, you will see the primary and secondary contact information. Once edited and saved, this information will automatically reflect in the registration form for yourself and the centre, you do not need to take further action.

If you are unable to update the registration form or any other information, please contact your centre manager directly in the first instance.
