How to know whether a parent have signed up or not?

New customer(parent) submitting a registration form:


When a parent submits a registration form, the centre will receive an email notification, and the status in the registration dashboard will change to 'New'.


You will also receive an email notification whenever a new application is submitted.




The login status of the parent can be viewed from Centre Settings > Parent access Control > Registration only.



New customer(parent) submitting an online booking:

  • When a new customer makes a booking with you, the status in the registration dashboard gets changed to New, Enrolled
  • You will receive an email notification whenever a new online booking is submitted.
  • The login status of the parent can be viewed from Centre Settings -> Parent access Control -> Enrolled.
