Send emails and/or mobile push notifications to parents (individually or in bulk) using our parents' communications tool via the web portal. This is ideal for newsletters or general updates. You can also include one attachment when emailing in bulk. Accepted formats are .jpeg, .png, .jpg, .pdf, .doc, .xls, .docx etc.
Step 1: Go to 'My Dashboard' > 'Communications Centre'.
Step 2: Select 'Parents Communication' to proceed.
Step 3: Select 'New Message'.
Step 4: Draft Message including subject. Add attachment if applicable
Step 5: Select the email list by Room/ Account status (Active/Inactive) or by name. Once the list is finalised click the submit button.
