Can I have different email addresses associated with different registration forms?

With CheqForm, you have the flexibility to have different email addresses associated with different registration forms. For example, you would want all holiday club registrations to go to the holiday club email address and all out of school club registrations to be directed to the OSC email address. 

By default, when you create multiple registration forms, all forms will have the same email address that you used when signing up for your account. 

To change the email address associated with a particular registration form: 

1. Head to the 'Registration Forms Dashboard'

2. Select the form which you wish to update and click on the ellipsis button '...'

3. Click on 'Form Settings'

4. You'll be taken to the form settings screen, change the email address. 

5. Click on 'Save Settings'  



Once you've changed the email address, all future registration notifications and messages will be sent to the new email address of the applicable form. Be sure to check that you have your email address updated correctly as the system cannot detect an incorrect or misspelt email address.
