Can I have different email addresses associated with different registration forms?

CheqForm offers the option to assign different email addresses to different registration forms. This means that you can ensure that all registrations for out-of-school clubs are sent to the OSC email address while all holiday club registrations are directed to the holiday club email address. With this feature, you have the flexibility to manage your registrations more efficiently.

By default, when you create multiple registration forms, all forms will have the same email address that you used when signing up for your account. 

To change the email address associated with a registration form: 

1. Head to 'Admissions' > 'Registration Forms'

2. Select the form which you wish to update and go to 'Landing Pages'

3. Click on 'Edit Contact Details'

4. You'll be taken to the contact details screen, enter the details and click on 'Save'. 



Once you've changed the email address, all future registration notifications and messages will be sent to the new email address of the applicable form. Be sure to check that you have your email address updated correctly as the system cannot detect an incorrect or misspelt email address.
