How can I make an adhoc booking for my child from the parents portal?

Modified on Fri, 14 Oct 2022 at 02:57 PM

If your childcare centre accepts Adhoc bookings, you can book directly from your parents portal.

You can make bookings either by clicking on the centre's online booking link shared by the centre or you can log in directly to your parents portal and make a booking.

To make Adhoc bookings:

  1. Log in to your parent account. Be sure to use the parent's login page or visit this link: https://cheqdin.com/app/portal/public/login?type=parents
  2. Click on 'Bookings'
  3. You'll be taken to the centre's online bookings page.
  4. Select the name of the child you wish to book for and filter the start and end dates according to your requirement.
  5. Depending on availability, the page will display sessions. Select a session
  6. Once you've selected your sessions, click on the 'Continue' button located in the top right corner of your screen.
  7. On your booking summary screen, select the payment method
  8. Click on 'Confirm Booking'

Important

You can only add or register a sibling account from the parents portal. The registration section of your parent portal is only available if you have at least one child already registered. If you have not yet registered at least one child, you must complete the first child's registration via the online registration link provided by your centre. Once the first child is registered, you can come back to the web portal and add other sibling accounts.

After confirming your booking, you'll receive an email at your registered email address.

Please note that all online and offline payment methods are defined and administered by your centre. If you have any questions regarding the payment method, please get in touch with your centre manager directly.
