Parents Portal: If you are unable to make online payments via the parents portal

Parents and carers can make online payments from the parents portal if their centre has enabled this feature. Centres have the flexibility to choose and allow multiple online payment options. If you are facing any issues or cannot make online payments via the parents portal, please contact your centre in the first instance, along with screenshots of the error for further troubleshooting. 


In some instances, parents and cares won't be able to make a payment to centres that have set up online payments when:

- The centre has deactivated the online payment option such as PayPal, Stripe or GoCardless 

- The centre is yet to provide verification to the payments processor (any payments made will be put on hold)



Important:

If your childcare centre has not enabled these payment options and accepts only offline payments such as bank transfers or cheques, you won't be able to make online payments by debit/credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or direct debit. If you prefer to make online payments and do not see any payment options available to you, please contact your centre manager to enable online payments.
