A Childcare Identifier Code Key (CHICK) is a unique code that is issued to successful applicants for the National Childcare Scheme (NCS) in Ireland.

- Parent Notifications: Parents receive email alerts as their child’s CHICK ID is less than 30 days to expire, prompting them to renew.
- Centre Notifications: Centre will be able to quickly see all upcoming expiry in the home dashboard under the 'Needs attention' section.
