If you need to change the debit/credit card (payment method) you are using to make payment for your Cheqdin subscription plan, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the web portal
- On the home screen, navigate to the bottom left side of the navigation pane and click on the Cheqdin logo
- Click on 'My Subscription'
- Click on 'Change Payment Method'
- Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your payment card details
- Click on 'Update Now'
- Your new payment details will be updated and your default payment method will be the new card details you provided.
