How to change or update my payment card details?

If you need to change the debit/credit card (payment method) you are using to make payment for your Cheqdin subscription plan, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the web portal
2. On the home screen, navigate to the bottom left side of the navigation pane and click on the Cheqdin logo
3. Click on 'My Subscription'
4. Click on 'Change Payment Method'
5. Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your payment card details
6. Click on 'Update Now'
7. Your new payment details will be updated and your default payment method will be the new card details you provided.
