To reset your password:
- Go to the parents portal by visiting this link:
https://cheqdin.com/login/parent - Click on 'Forgot Password?'
- Enter the email address that you had registered with Cheqdin
- Click on 'Reset Password'
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link from Cheqdin.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the password reset link will expire after a period of time.
Please refrain from attempting to reset your password repeatedly within a short period of time. This is because it may take a few minutes for the email containing password reset instructions to arrive in your inbox. Look for an email from notifications@cheqdin.com. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, kindly check your spam or junk mail folders as well. If you still cannot access your account, please contact your centre manager directly in the first instance or email support@cheqdin.com for further assistance.
