What is Auto-renewal?

Cheqdin's subscription model works with automatic renewals. The renewal method is set to auto-renew by default. When automatic renewal is turned on, you’ll be billed for your subscription on your renewal date.

With auto-renewal, you can enjoy uninterrupted service. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will expire on the date shown under your subscriptions tab, and you won't be billed in the future.

To view the upcoming renewal date for your subscription plan: 

1. Log in to your portal
2. On the home screen, navigate to the bottom left side of the menu panel and click on 'My Subscription'
3. You can find your upcoming renewal date next to 'Subscription Renewal Date'
