The process is straightforward if you’ve decided not to renew your subscription and leave Cheqdin. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Before you cancel, please contact us to see if we can help with any specific problems you’re having, as we'd be sad to see you go.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ!
Before you cancel your subscription plan, please contact customer support. If you cancel, you won't be able to access your account at the end of your subscription cycle. Once you cancel, any previously discounted offer price or custom plan will no longer be valid. Should you choose to re-subscribe to Cheqdin after cancellation, you'll have to subscribe at the then available prices.
Note to free rise plan customers: Free plans do not require payment. Hence, there is nothing to cancel if you're on the free Cheqdin rise plan.
Here's how to cancel your subscription and begin your notice period:
- Log in to your account via the web portal
- On the home screen, navigate to the left side pane and click on the Cheqdin logo
- Click on 'My Subscription'
- If you're a subscriber, here you'll see the option to change the renewal method
- Submit a cancellation request by following the onscreen instructions
You will have to submit a cancellation request in writing to cancel an existing subscription. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you won't be billed anymore at the end of your billing cycle after your cancellation request has been officially processed. You can continue to use your account until the expiry date of the current subscription (end of the billing cycle), and after a period of inactivity, we’ll remove your account and delete your data. We cannot restore your data once it's removed or deleted due to cancellation or non-payment of your subscription charges.
Will I get a refund when I cancel?
If you're a new customer and cancel within your 14-day cooling-off period (the first 14 calendar days after becoming a new Cheqdin customer), then you are eligible to receive a refund. Please note that refunds are available for purchases of first-time subscriptions only, and the refund total is calculated on a pro-rata basis. Any payment processing charges and admin fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.
You are entitled to cancel your subscription within the first 14 days without giving any reason. No refunds will be given for renewals or existing paid plan upgrades, whether monthly or annual.
We are unable to offer reimbursement beyond the initial 14 days. Once this time has passed, we’re here to help you make the most of your subscription by taking full advantage of the service features.
