Each team member added to the Cheqdin system is assigned a unique PIN to access the relevant part of the system assigned to them. 

Where to find the PIN Number:

  1. On your dashboard, go to 'Centre Settings'.
  2. Click on 'Member Access Control'.
  3. PIN Number will be displayed for each member who has access assigned.



A member will have access to a room/class only if they are granted access to that particular room/class. If they're not assigned to a room or class they will not have access to it. 

How to check member room access: 

Each team member will only have access to the children of the room/class to which they are assigned. To validate which room/class each member has access to: 

  1. Go to 'Room/Class'. 
  2. Check member names and access granted to them under the 'Staff' tab. 

For instance, in the below screenshot, the staff Amanda can access only the children attending the room/class 'OSC Room'.
