How to update or change parent contact details?

You can update or change your (parent/carer) contact details at any time via Cheqdin's parents portal. To make changes, you'll have to log in to your parent or carer account first. 

To update parent contact details: 

  1. Click on your Profile/Avatar icon
  2. Click on 'Account Settings'
  3. Make changes and click on 'Save'


Please note that only the 'Primary' account holder can edit the contact details of the secondary parent. If you're having any issues updating your contact details, please contact your childcare centre or raise a support ticket by emailing support@cheqdin.com
