How do I change the password for my parent account?

This article explains how you can change the password for your parent or carer account when you are logged in to the parents portal. For instance, you may choose to use or create your own password for your parent account instead of using a system-generated password.

To change an existing password or create your own custom password:

1. Login to the parents portal by visiting this link: 
   https://cheqdin.com/login/parent
2. Enter your email address and password
3. Once logged in, click on your profile picture or avatar
4. Click on Account Settings
5. Click on Password
6. Enter your old (existing) password
7. Enter the New password and then confirm the new password (both passwords should match) 
8. Click on Update

This will update your parent account password to the new custom password you set.
