If you forgot to sign out any children and the system had to perform an auto sign-out for you, you could manually change the sign-out time of the child(ren). You might have to do this to maintain the accuracy of your digital attendance records.
Here's how you can make changes to the signed-out records that were auto-signed out:
1. Log in to the Web Portal.
2. Go to 'Reporting' > 'Check In Out'.
3. Next to the child record that you wish to edit, click on the pencil icon under the action tab. Enter the Check-In time or Check-Out time.
4. Click on check in or check out to edit the time.
5. Select the new date/time as applicable and click on 'Save'.
6. Once updated, the attendance and check-in-out reports will be updated automatically.
