If you need to change the card (payment method) you are using to make payment for your Cheqdin subscription plan, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your portal
- On the home screen, navigate to the left side pane and click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'Subscriptions'
- Change payment method > 'Change Card'
- Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your payment card details
- Click on 'Update Now'
- Your new payment details will be updated and your default payment method will be the new card details you provided.
