How to sign in-out students from the web portal via a web browser?

There might be instances when you do not have access to a mobile device. For such scenarios, you or the staff members can sign in or sign out students from the web portal via a web browser. 



Important! 

Through the web portal, you can only sign in/out students for the current date. Past and future dates are not allowed. Mobile push notifications are not sent for web check-in or check-outs. 



Here's how you can sign in or sign out students from a browser: 


1. On the web portal, go to 'Reporting' > 'Attendance Report'. Hover your mouse over the session that you wish to sign in the student(s). The system will display a 'Check-In' option on your screen. 





2. Click on Check-In, and you will be prompted to confirm the check-in process.





3. Repeat step 1 to sign out a student. On the web portal, go to 'Reporting' > 'Attendance Report'. Hover your mouse over the session that you wish to sign in the student(s). The system will display a 'Check-Out' option on your screen. 





4. Click on Check-Out, and you will be prompted to confirm the check-out process.
